Infra Nepal is currently mulling suggestion to increase its investment in the Siddhartha Cable Car from the current amount of Rs. 40 million. The company also plans, in the immediate future, to invest around Rs. 10 million in the capital market (stock exchange). In addition, it also plans to invest in organic farming, ziplining projects and more hydropower projects.

  • How do we ensure a high return of your investment?

Infra Nepal has five gateways to receive a high return on your investment:

  1. Infra Nepal carefully selects the areas and projects to invest in by giving due considerations to their impacts and the prospect of returns.
  2. Dividends from the various companies or projects in which Infra Nepal has invested in.
  3. Infra Nepal invests in equity (promoters’ share) and earns from selling out of these promoters’ shares at a right time when the company goes for IPO (initial public offerings).
  4. Infra Nepal also sells its own share in premium value.
  5. Infra Nepal plans to transform itself into a public limited company in order to enable it to register at the stock exchange market to enable its shareholders to sell their shares in the market value at the time of IPO issuance and in the stock market.
  6. If Infra Nepal gets transformed into a public limited company, it will allow the company to accept loans from banks for investment against equity shares of new startup businesses, including in the areas of tourism and hydropower. This will ultimately expand the company’s investment and increase the company’s worth and goodwill, and thereby increasing the market value of its shares, including in the stock market.
