True to its name, Infra Nepal Investment Company Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter “Infra Nepal”) is an investment company, founded in 2019 with its headquarters in Kathmandu, Nepal. 

It is led by a five-member Board of Directors composed of professionals from diverse backgrounds, including commerce, trade, finance, information technology, real estate and hydropower. 

Infra Nepal has a vibrant group of shareholders with expertise in capital market, media and public information, cooperate law, engineering, real estate, national and international civil service.

Infra Nepal has already invested in various projects in Nepal, including in the Siddhartha Cable Car Limited situated in Butwal and the Thaligad Hydropower Project based in Darchula district of Nepal. 

The Company strives to keep expanding in terms of size of investment and the diverse areas ranging from, but not limited to, tourism to hydropower and organic farming to capital market. 

Infra Nepal, which currently has Rs 250 million of authorized and issued capital, and Rs. 100 million of paid off capital, is expanding rapidly.
