Mr. Netra Lal Sapkota

Mr. Netra Lal Sapkota, originally from Myagdi district, is a Civil Engineer with over 12 years of professional experience. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Scholars Consult Pvt. Ltd., a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing services to donor organizations, international and national NGOs (I/NGOs), and the Government of Nepal.

Mr. Sapkota has collaborated with renowned INGOs such as Oxfam and Terre des Hommes (Tdh) Foundation-Switzerland as a WASH and Infrastructure Manager for a long-term role. He has also provided consulting services to USAID, the World Bank, ADB, I/NGOs, the Government of Nepal, and the private sector.

He has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a master's degree in Interdisciplinary Water Resources Management (IWRM), and a Master of Arts in Sociology. His diverse academic background – together with experience spanning over 12 years – enables him to take a multidisciplinary approach in addressing complex challenges.
