Ms. Devi Sonar Sunar

A lawyer by profession, Ms. Devi Sunar Sonar has diverse experience balancing her legal career and family commitments. She holds degrees in law from India and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law, International Humanitarian Law, and Human Rights from Nepal. She is currently the Project Manager at an NGO in Nepal. Her career spans court proceedings, legal research, and serving as a Child Rights Officer at CWISH under a UNICEF-supported project, where she managed child protection cases, provided financial assistance, and enhanced the capacity of Child Protection Committees. She has also penned articles on child protection issues. Besides work, Ms. Sunar enjoys traveling, exploring outdoors, and reading.
